We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive experiences for Encord’s data development platform, working from our New York office in a hybrid setting.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of user interfaces for Encord’s platform that enables AI teams to curate, annotate, and evaluate multimodal data. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly designs. You will mentor junior designers and help define design standards. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with images, video, documents, and 3D sensor data.
What you'll do - Lead end-to-end design of new features - Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma - Conduct user research and usability testing - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints - Define and maintain design systems and guidelines
What you'll bring - Minimum 5 years of product design experience - Expertise in designing complex data-intensive interfaces - Proficiency with Figma - Strong visual and interaction design skills - Experience mentoring designers
Nice to have - Experience with AI or machine-learning tools - Background in designing for multimodal data - Familiarity with agile development processes
